The doors in Chefchaouen were like nothing I had ever seen. I took more door photos than I thought humanly possible. Most doors were painted a contrasting shade of blue, but a few were red. Green doors indicated a Mosque, since green is a color associated with Islam and represents nature and life. The meaning of color is important in Morocco.
